How to Request Account Deletion:

  2. Verification: For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before proceeding with the account deletion process.
  3. Processing Time: Once your request is submitted, we will process it within 30 days. During this time, you may still access your account, but no new data will be collected.
  4. Permanent Deletion: After processing, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
  5. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Important Information:

  • Deleting your account will permanently erase all your data, including profile information, saved preferences, etc.
  • Any active subscriptions or pending transactions associated with your account will be canceled.
  • If you wish to continue using our services in the future, you will need to create a new account.
